I’ve been referred to Foodbank PLUS, what happens next?

If you have been referred to Foodbank PLUS, you should have received a text message to confirm that we have received your referral.

I have not received a text message?

If you did not received a text message after being referred, it likely means that your referrer has entered your phone number incorrectly, or that your referral has not been submitted correctly. In this instance, please go back to your referrer and ask them to resubmit your referral.

What happens next?

You will be able to attend the next Foodbank session at one of our venues. The available times are listed below:

Barnabas Church Centre, Longden Coleham, Shrewsbury SY3 7DN
Tuesday & Friday: 9:30am - 12:00pm
Wednesday: 5:00pm - 6.45pm

The Lantern, Shrewsbury SY1 4NG
Monday: 11.00am - 12:00pm

No - you can turn up on any day during our opening hours.
