Foundations is a small group for parents or primary caregivers held on Tuesday mornings during term time in the Lounge at Barnabas Church Centre.

It is for families who would value some support on their parenting journey; our aim is to build friendships over the sessions, supporting those with children of any age, from newborns to teenagers. Expect a friendly space for a chat and support with activities for young children and refreshments for all! All sessions are free of charge.
